AQUAFLEX ADD230-9” Disc Diffusers have specifications as below:

- Disc diffusers have 3 parts as lower part, frame and membrane.
- Disc Diffusers can be installed to HDPE, PVC or stainless steel pipes by PP Saddles.
- Material of frame and lower part is PP (polypropylene) and supported with %30 GPR for UV rays and different chemical processes.
- Connections are 3/4" or 1” male.
- Diffusers are suitable for retractable systems.
- Standart material of diffuser membranes are EPDM. Also Aquaflex supports the customers with SILICON and PTFE COATED membranes for different treatment processes.
- When the air flow is stopped, the gaps on the membrane close themselves because of its conic structure, in order to prevent the sludge and particulate matter fill.
- Maximum oxygen efficiency is aimed while different production techniques with carefully chosen materials
- It warrants between 35%-45% oxygen efficiency.
- It holds energy costs very low because of minimum pressure loss.
- The aeration costs loom very large at total operation costs. Because of that reason, Aquaflex Disc Diffusers decrease the operation costs minimum.

The diffusers in Aquaflex are produced with the latest technology and the diffusers are used in wastewater treatment plants. The projection of each diffusers of Aquaflex was done after Research and Development studies that response the requests of waste water treatment plants. Materials used in Aquaflex diffusers are carefully selected according to the processes of wastewater treatment plants and tested regularly before shipment.
